To restore files in JetBackup 5, it works slightly different than the old version of JetBackup.
Restore primary domain files
To restore the primary domain of your account, we have to select the public_html directory:
Restore subdomain/addon domain files
To restore files for subdomains or addon domains in JetBackup 5, we sadly have to manually restore some folder permissions after the restoration due to a bug in JetBackup (It has been reported and a fix is coming). It requires setting "755" permissions for the directory of the restored domain.
